Initial call & proposal
- During our initial phone call, we'll answer questions and schedule a site visit.
- At the site visit, we will assess your issue and discuss possible solutions.
- You will receive a detailed proposal by email within 24 hours of your site visit.
Acceptance & scheduling
- First you must accept our proposal by email or phone.
- Within 7 days of acceptance, you will receive an email confirming the scheduled date of our service visit.
- We begin the process of obtaining your needed permits and performing any required utility locates on your property.
- A reminder call is given within a week of your scheduled visit, and a reminder email is sent the night before.
- Our crew will arrive with all necessary equipment to finish the job
- Before work starts, our team lead will check in with you to reveiw expectations and explain the process for the day.
- Before leaving, if you are available we will check in to ensure you are satisfied with the work, and provide any updates if further service is required.
Review & service follow-up
- If any follow-up service is required, we'll inform you by email with an expected return date.
- Once all work has been completed, you will be emailed your invoice
- Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or e-transfer
- Our customer satisfaction manager will briefly review your experience with you to serve you better in the future.
